Join Holly for a fun, flowing, Saturday afternoon Yoga practice!
We’ll explore parts of the Rocket 1 sequence, a fun and warming vinyasa flow sequence - including warm ups and techniques for arm balances like crow and side crow, plus, backbends and forward folds. We’ll move, breathe & flow together to a fun soundtrack, with a good Savasana to rest, followed by refreshments and time to connect after the practice.
Open to all levels of yoga experience.
What to expect:
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, breath led Vinyasa flow designed to ignite your strength, flexibility, and focus. Based on the traditional Ashtanga yoga system, Rocket offers a playful yet challenging experience that breaks the traditional mould. In this session, you'll move through an steady yet flowing sequence, slowly building heat with options to explore arm balances and inversions which we’ll break down together to explore technique and build confidence. Holly curates playlists that flow as you flow and ensures there is always a focus on breath count and alignment through the sequence.
13.15 - 13.30 Arrivals, get settled on our mats.
13.30 We’ll open the practice and explore some pranayama (breathwork) then start to flow and explore our Rocket Yoga sequence, before taking restorative postures & winding down into a long Savasana.
Feel free to stay for refreshments and a chat in the garden after practice 🌞
